    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TradeAnchor website and services. By accessing our website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.

    Business Identity

    TradeAnchor provides website design, marketing automation, and reputation management services for residential contractors. Our services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. By opting in to our SMS program, you will receive text messages related to your inquiry, including appointment confirmations, onboarding updates, follow-up messages, and if separately consented to, marketing and promotional messages.

    SMS Communications

    By opting in to receive SMS messages through our website form, you agree to receive text messages from TradeAnchor at the phone number you provided. Transactional messages may include appointment confirmations and follow-ups related to your service request. Marketing messages may include promotional offers and service updates. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

    Opt-Out Instructions

    You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 947-546-1316. After you send "STOP," we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, just sign up again through our website. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@tradeanchor.ai or +1 947-546-1316.

    Age Restriction

    You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to and use our SMS messaging service. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive messages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. TradeAnchor does not knowingly send SMS messages to individuals under the age of 18.

    Message Frequency

    Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages based on your service interactions — typically 2 to 6 messages per month per active inquiry or enrollment. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

    Carrier Liability Clause

    Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    No Guarantees

    While we strive to deliver high-quality services that help contractors generate leads and build their online reputation, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to a certain number of leads, calls, reviews, or revenue. Results vary based on market conditions, the client's trade, location, and other factors outside our control.

    Intellectual Property

    All content on the TradeAnchor website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of TradeAnchor and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

    Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeAnchor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

    Termination

    Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. TradeAnchor operates on a no-contract, month-to-month basis. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

    Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    Changes to These Terms

    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
